You agree to lawful, respectful use. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the site. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and ours.

• Do not bypass security measures or access non-public areas.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Report vulnerabilities responsibly via the contact below.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely. Where applicable, refunds are available within a specified window outlined during checkout.

• Taxes and fees may apply based on your billing location.
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

Content & intellectual property

Course materials are licensed for your personal learning. Redistribution is prohibited without permission.

• You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal study.
• Copying, re-uploading, or reselling content is not permitted.
• Logos, trademarks, and brand assets belong to Northern Press Academy.

Liability

We provide training “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If mandated by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid in the preceding three months.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Acceptable use

To maintain a safe learning environment, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior towards instructors or students.
• Uploading malware, spyware, or malicious code.
• Automated scraping of content, bandwidth abuse, or DDoS attempts.

Subscriptions

Some services are provided on a subscription basis. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time in your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or our services. We will post updates here and adjust the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be courts located in Vancouver, BC.
